Why are you made to order only?
Here at NOVEM Clothing we don't like the idea of products going to waste, which is why we don't hold stock for any of our products! Any time you place an order with us your items are made to order just for you.

This means when you place an order with us, we then request the item from the manufacturer ready to be printed or embroidered with the design of your choice. 

Whilst we are very proud that this means no item is ever sat waiting to be sold and therefore is never wasted, we regret that this occasionally means that the item you have ordered may not be available upon our request. Not to worry, if this is the case we will contact you immediately to let you know. You will then be given an expected arrival date (if we are given one) and the choice to wait for the item you ordered, to change the item or cancel the order.

Which style/size should I order?
We've got lots of options to pick when it comes to which style and size you want so make sure to check out our guide for size & fit of our items! If you're still not sure which size to order or you need another size which we don't currently stock then please contact us via our website or email us at hello@novemclothing.co.uk
Don't forget to include the item name, as our items have different sizing guides!

Do you do custom orders?
If you see a product you like but want it in a different colour then please don't hesitate to contact us. Many of our products come in lots of colours and we'd be more than happy to find the right one for you. For embroidered designs you can also change the colour of the thread; contact us for available colours.
We regret that any items ordered as a custom design would be non-returnable.

Who Designs the Products?
All our products are designed in-house by founder Becky, we then use an external company to embroider or print them. 

Are you environmentally friendly?
Wherever possible our products are sourced from manufacturers with eco-friendly and ethical policies. We include more information in our product descriptions but are always more than happy to answer any questions about our products via our contact form.

We also ensure we carefully select our packaging materials to consider their environmental impact, our
- Mailing bags are made from paper and are recyclable (sample or sale items may be shipped in recycled, biodegradable plastic mailers)
- Prints, business cards and flyers are all on 100% recycled paper
- Print display bags are made from corn starch
